Does anyone have one? I am married, and we own a home, 2 cars and have investments. Do I really need a living will? I think I messed up the title, I think they are called living trusts?
My wife and I each have separate Estate Plans each consisting of: Revocable Living Trust Will Durable Medical Power of Attorney Durable General Power of Attorney Declaration as to Medical or Surgical Treatment Some supporting memorandums Our first plan was prepared by a Paralegal then it was updated by an Attorney upon moving to a different state. Overall cost to date around $1,500.
