I know that you're all as upset as me that the men's team fucked up royally and didn't qualify for the World Cup. With all due respect to Trinidad and Tobago, the US team should have won. It did disappoint me. I'm not a big soccer fan, so my only real reason for tuning in to the World Cup is to watch how the American teams do. I've had lots of fun cheering for them in the past. But this year they don't have Hope Solo in goal. (She's been banished from the sport, I'm not sure why.)
