Worst jobs in the modern workforce?

In a semi-awake state this morning, I started thinking about terrible jobs. Now, I'm not talking about the usual ones like we've seen on "Dirty Jobs" and that kind of thing. I'm talking about things which may, on the surface anyway, not look that terrible.

Here's my pick: Anyone serving on a social media team. If you want a good example of why I say this, hop over to https://www.facebook.com/countrycrock/ and look at how they got swamped beyond belief with complaints over a product recipe change. I have only anecdotes to back this up, but it would seem that these complaints essentially shut down the Facebook page as there has been very little activity for over a year.

But imagine spending nearly every waking work moment dealing with complaints over social media. Perhaps I have this perception because of my own negative feelings about social media, but nonetheless I imagine it'd be hard for me to crawl out of bed for this one.

    What say you?

I'd rather deal with endless complaints via social media than do so on the phone.

It's only serious if you take it seriously.
