    Normally my go-to source for this sort of news isn't Yahoo! Oncology, but I've heard of this in other places too and it does sound remarkable!

    This is old (but interesting) information.

    The FDA "breakthrough" approval was granted nearly three years ago, September 2014. The cost of the medicine then was about $3,000 a month.

    Three years later, of the original test patients, 60% have died (Keytruda Raises Hope of Conquering Advanced Melanoma) . . . which means 40% are still alive, which is still encouraging.
