If "political" is broadly enough defined, I suppose. Either way, I don't see what's wrong with "taco iftar" if that's what people want to do.

    "Orange County activists..."

"...Muslims and Latinos, facing increasing discrimination in the Trump era."

"Raising funds to pay for tortilla-wrapped treats is Hamida’s response to an oft-repeated statement from Marco Gutierrez, founder of Latinos for Trump..."

"Hamida and Vazquez, a Santa Ana history teacher, came up with the idea for the first joint Ramadan event after the election of President Trump..."

No, nunca, pero muchas otras variedades son posibles. Mexican goes halal | Food & Drink | Detroit Metro Times

Del artículo original: "...Hamida, whose goal is to host taco trucks that will serve halal tacos at every mosque in Orange County." (Emphasis mine- J.)
