I saw the movie way back when it was in theaters and your comment is the very first time since that I found a real person who used the word "cerulean" in any context :D

Here's something for you- I was pronouncing it wrong. I'd like to thank Meryl Streep for helping me out with that.

Haven't you noticed the HUGE surge in colouring books for adults in the stores lately? Mandalas, mythical creatures, geometrics, ethnic stuff, etc. Or is it just a Canadian thing?

Most places seem to have a bigger choice for adults than for kids. I can see why. You can sell adults a colouring book for $10. Kids can't pay that -- and their parents won't.

Ugh. We clearly need a "Save Dandelion!" campaign.

Maybe it's time to forget about teaching kids colour names and make them learn RGB hexadecimal codes for programming and making web pages - where ffffff is white, 000000 is black, etc.

The last time Crayola color names mattered was 1962 when, after decades of protests, they finally changed the name of the "Flesh" crayon to "Peach".

"I'm a big advocate for arts-infused STEAM education, especially for inspired girls like me!"

    The crayon says this.

I am not making this up.

"Oh the humanity" was the answer (well, the question I guess) to Final Jeopardy on Jeopardy! today. I was surprised that all three contestants got it right. (I didn't.)
