Chicago aquarium euthanizes more than 90-year-old lungfish

That's a long time. Koi have been known to live up to 200 years if my memory serves me correctly.

Does Koi taste good? How do you prepare it? Fried? Broiled?

 

Ha! Some people eat carp, which is a Koi in it's natural state. It tastes pretty nasty.

 

Can you make sushi out of it? What type of roll does it go on?

 

If it is a show grade Koi, that would be some mighty expensive Sushi!
