We have a software program that teaches scientific method and statistical analysis techniques in the context of artwork that we'd like to sell to distance education programs.

    Any help/tips/contacts would be appreciated.

I know your website says this is in use at a lot of major universities, or rather by 25,000 students at these universities, but to be 100% honest, it seems more like (1) a high school approach or (2) a "Statistics for Dummys" approach. Having taken 3 different college and graduate level statistics courses, I just don't think this is necessary for the average student who puts in even a modest amount of effort.

I'm trying to download a demo but it seems that there is none.
