I believe that Excelsior and I are coming to a head. I change majors as often as I like, it's my right as a paying customer. But when I put up something innocuous like " I don't like the name change" and other statements using my freedom of speech, and magically I don't seem to hear from them when they are supposed to be doing something for me, I believe It's time to go.
I am a Literature in English major but am leaning toward the idea of just finishing a B.A. and then getting an M.A. in what I want to do and/or believe in. I am leaning toward TESC.:)

I have had several people I know switch in both directions. I can't say from what I've heard that either has better line staff. If you find a good staff member, keep asking for them.
I suspect that every college has a certain amount of bureaucracy. To switch colleges do you have to pay another review fee?
    All the best!

If you're suggesting that Excelsior monitors this board, you're right. Or at least one person there (that we know about) reads it.

If you're suggesting that they would "punish" you for what you wrote, that's a little hard to swallow. Life is too short. My guess would be the slowness of university bureaucracy.

Speaking of universities and customer service, I recently took a course from the University of San Diego (through onlinelearning.net). Besides being a good-quality course, I received the official transcripts from USD in a little more than a week from finishing the course. Now that's good service!!
