    The hero gets punched:

George Zimmerman punched in Florida for 'bragging' about killing Trayvon Martin | Daily Mail Online

"However, witness reports of the incident claim Zimmerman was bragging about killing the 17-year-old in 2012.
'I love your tattoos. My name is George Zimmerman, you know, that guy who killed Trayvon Martin?' he said to another person in the restaurant, according to WFTV."

This scum bag gets in to all kinds of trouble:

George Zimmerman's history with the law - CNN.com

Incredible! Anyone that brags about killing someone deserves to get their clock cleaned. Hopefully the guy that punched him gets off with a little misdemeanor or something.

Ahhhh our semiannual checkin with the crazy Peruvian Jew.

Where's the rest of the story?

I'm kind of surprised he's still alive, to be honest.

I thought that one crazy guy that was stalking him and threatening him was going to do the job...but that guy got busted by the police before he was able to man up.

No matter the circumstances surrounding killing a human being (i.e. be it justified or not) if that detail of your life makes it into your initial introduction then you really need to rethink your personal brand.

Perhaps if he got, and maintained, a job rather than sitting around in cars waiting to shoot people he'd have something more to be proud of.

If a guy walked up to me and said "Hi! I'm George and I'm a Pharmacy Technician" I'd have a hell of a lot more respect for them than the one who said "Hi! I'm George and I'm famous for killing a kid!"

So, you're taking it at face value that the article is true? And before the rest of the lumpenproletariat scoff themselves to death thinking I'm defending this Peruvian, I'm not. Just...every...single...time...an article comes out about this yahoo...it's later turns out to be exaggerated, half truths, or in some cases completely false.

    Doesn't anyone get sheepish anymore?

I'm not saying that the article, in its entirety, is an accurate depiction of what occurred.

Nor am I sure that Zimmerman actually uttered the words "I'm George Zimmerman, the guy who killed Trayvon Martin." But Zimmerman has, since his acquittal, not exactly been shy about what he did.

There are people who think George Zimmerman did absolutely nothing wrong. That it is perfectly OK to accost young men on the street wearing hoodies and then shoot them when they have to audacity to try and fight you off. To them, and only them, George Zimmerman is a hero and a patriot. That's the closest thing to not being a loser George Zimmerman has ever had in his life.

He's an unemployable loser made even more unemployable by his only claim to fame. And his behavior post-acquittal has been that he is not only not ashamed of what he did but he is proud of shooting Trayvon Martin.

So whether he actually used those words in that way isn't really important. George Zimmerman is only known for killing Trayvon Martin and he's completely OK being identified that way especially when it puts money in his pocket. And that's pretty pathetic no matter how you slice it.

What you said. This guy also proudly sold the gun that killed the black boy for $250,000.00, so his behavior has been consistent with stories like these. This guy is a nut job. It's funny, back when the shooting occurred, everyone took up arms almost solely along racial lines. Back when Zimmerman was trying to be held up as some kind of hero, he was referred to as the "white Hispanic". Now that it turns out he is nothing but a scum bag who shot an innocent kid, he is referred to as the "Peruvian Jew" or just the "Peruvian".

The Peruvian Jew is one of those guys who couldn't make it a a cop, and then signed up to be a neighborhood watchman. Of course the results were lethal. Over what, a bag of Skittles? Why didn't the asshole just call the cops like a normal person? He is like one of these creeps on the cops shows that turns out to be a wanna be cop, but turns in to serial killer instead. Weirdo pedasso de mierda! (piece of shit).

He did call the cops. He was on the phone with 9-11 when he decided to get out of his car and confront Trayvon Martin.

He alleges that Martin bashed his head against the sidewalk and it was self defense. I've often wondered if the SYG crowd would have stood up for Trayvon Martin had he been arrested for killing the armed lunatic who accosted him on the street.

Of course I am saddened by the likely answer.
