Oh, no, not THIS video :( Addressing her points in order:

    1) Black on black crime happens disproportionately more frequently than any other race committing crimes against its own race including white on white crime. (side note: black people are responsible for over five times as many violent crimes against whites as whites are against blacks). It's not to say that black people are inherently more violent than any other race. It's to state what is actually happening in real life. Black on black crime IS a thing.

    2) BLM is actively calling on police to not respond diligently to violent threats against them and blames police for their response to violence rather than the original violence itself. Police have also been targeted and murdered by people captivated by the anti-police rhetoric of BLM. This rhetoric includes large protests where crowds chant things like "What do we want? DEAD COPS! When do we want it? NOW!" and of course "F THE POLICE!" On top of that, the egregious lies that have been spread by the BLM movement has resulted in cops involved with justified shootings receiving death threats by people who automatically assume that ANY dead black person by the gun of a police officer is, without question, a cold blooded murder.

    3) If you're not aware of all the BLM members who have outright called for whites to kill themselves in order to cleanse the world of their filth... I mean, just, wow. Here is JUST ONE example, at a debate held at Harvard, no less https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RC-Cqkq6zWc

    4) There is so, so, so much wrong with this, but I'll just address the shortest, most poignant one. She says "Black men make up just 6% of the population but 40% of police killings in 2015." My response? Black men make up just 6% of the population but are responsible for over 40% of the murders in 2015.

Could it be that maybe, just maybe, the reason why black men are more likely than other demographic to be killed by police is that they are both more likely than any other race to give police reason to arrest them to begin with? And to have to be extra cautious when approaching suspects? And from there, since black men commit proportionately more violent crime, not just murder, than any other race AND the proliferation of violent anti-cop sentiment among their peers that maybe, just maybe, they are more likely than other races to give police reason to have to put them down in their interactions?

AGAIN, this is not to say that black men are inherently more violent than any other demographic, this is simply what is actually happening in the world.

Also, none of this means that there is no racism or that black people don't get a raw deal in society. There are REAL issues that need to be addressed and that anyone with a conscience should be concerned with. However, given videos like this as just one example, BLM is poised to make things worse for black people by deliberately institutionalizing ignorance, inciting racial tensions, exacerbating previously existing racial tensions, and patronizing black people by refusing to attribute to them their own moral agency or responsibility for their own actions.

I lived in a black area when I lived in Baltimore. It was interesting being the minority there. I had a decent job, lived in a nice enough house. Anyway, having blond haired blue eyed kids was a treat. My son was one of only 2 white kids on the 12 person basketball team. He has some interesting perspectives on race relations, racism, and how being a minority affects people. The area we live now is majority white. Whenever someone starts talking about racism, legacy of slavery, or black people...we have some interesting anecdotes that can be very eye opening. Our 4th of July (2011)down at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore was quite a treat. That usually opens some eyes.

Sometimes it's good to have a little perspective. Know something, experienced something of the subject of which is being discussed. Having lived in two majority black areas (Mississippi and Baltimore) and growing up in the poorest most racially diverse zip code in my entire state has given me insight, friendships, and a unique perspective.

People look at me bug eyed from the stories I tell. Some of us have actual no shit experience with the worst of a population, it ain't pretty. I'll listen to BLM and their supporters the minute they fucking listen to me and not dismiss my perspective, experiences and life story out of hand because of the color of my skin. Until then they can enjoy their status as the black KKK. It's being earned in spades.

They don't want to have a "conversation". A conversation to these people and their supporters is "STFU". Sermons and monologues have been the left’s definition of “conversation” on race for 25 years now.

I wouldn't go this far, although there are certainly some within BLM who are like this. I don't think the woman in the video, for example, is a hateful person. I just think she is so focused on her agenda that she has willed herself into a state of chronic ignorance. I think it's possible for her to have an AHA! moment and snap out of it- I just don't know what could help her to reach that point.

    This is true.
