I don't have a problem with it, as Rich said, this is likely about human trafficking. Quite a few "happy ending" massage parlors in my city were found after being shutdown to have employed illegal Asian females who were brought to the US with promises of something completely different.

Take this plane to Syria or I'll rub your shoulders.

I watched a show on TV that showed a city in California (can't remember if it was San Francisco or San Diego) battling massage parlors with unlicensed massage therapists. The city knew these women were sex slaves, but couldn't do much except enforce city codes. So, I'm glad DHS is doing something about it. I don't know about anyone else, but I consider human trafficking to be a serious issue that should be addressed rather than joked about.

We got ours with city ordinances (unlicensed) and state law (offering sex for a fee). The ICE Agent assigned to our area is gangbusters, and ran all the "masseuses" through the system, where they all popped illegal, so he put Federal detainers on them. Granted, they were arrested and held in ICE detention centers before being sent home, but at least they were out of the sex slave trade.

Ironically, that ICE Agent is an immigrant himself from the Middle East, and his favorite saying is "I did it the right way, so should they".
