Well, it's good assuming that he actually defrauded people. But I get the sense that a lot of people would be perfectly comfortable for him to be incarcerated just for being a total asshole, and that's not how the rule of law works.
Well, the case hasn't been tried yet. But i am sure they got plenty of info. to get him on fraud charges from what i have read from other articles. I wasn't enough for him to mark up the price of life saving drugs 5000 percent. With these guys, enough is never enough. That is what gets them in trouble.
