    If not, why not disallow them from drinking coffee?

    Or forbid them to drink Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola, or Jolt Cola, or any other pop that contains caffeine. If we were to forbid students to use smart drugs, then we would have to pull all the No-Doz off the market.

    But then again, we all know that student athletes are forbidden to take performance enhancing drugs. If you approve of that, then in order to be consistent about things, you would have to be against students taking smart drugs.

    These days it's probably easier to get Provigil than no-doz. Plus, you don't get the jitteriness that comes with the caffeine.
