Why is this newsworthy enough to be getting the attention that it is? Lots of bad stuff going on the world that affects people and doesn't get much media attention...
I've seen it rightfully pointed out that more people are worried about how Cecil the Lion died than how Sandra Bland died.
Y'all are joking right? She hung herself. Half the jail staffs black, the nursing stall were black. How about we worry about real issues? People in the Middle East throwing people off buildings for being gay for starters. Of all the stuff to make the news we have y'all race baiting whites and animal rights activist stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. How about the real black killers plan parenthood who murder how many black babies a year? And now they sell the parts? I wonder how many white people hang themselves in jail cells every year and no one even brings it up.
Huh, you made the leap from poaching to abortion and managed to pirouette onto how white people are the real victims of the world. That's impressive. Here, I'm going to throw out a topic and an end point, let's see how you tackle this challenge: Originating topic: Bill Cosby Tangent: Chemtrails Aaaaaand....go!
She might have killed herself. If she did, she's responsible for that. But it still doesn't excuse the police conduct associated with her arrest. And it raises suspicions about her treatment at the jail. As far as I know, her race wasn't explicitly raised during the encounter. But as we've seen, it's a huge factor in how the police treat black citizens. It matters. Your comment on Planned Parenthood is a red herring, having nothing to do with anything except your desire to express that opinion. You have done so. As for priorities, they are just that: priorities. The American public has the capacity to pay attention to more than one thing at a time. Just because there's something going on elsewhere in the world of greater (in your opinion) importance doesn't mean these matters should be ignored. That's just a poor attempt at a diversion. A dentist killing Cecil the Lion. Police killing black citizens. ISIS killing everyone. Caring about one issue doesn't mean one doesn't care about the others.
First off I'm black, so I really never said that whites were any kind of victim..far from it. Just like the rest of your long winded comments on this board, you assume way to much. My point is a valid one, people get killed every day without and without any upset or rage. Black babies are murdered at an alarming rate and people seem to care way to much about a lion.
Yes they do. Multiple companies have said they have purchased parts for "research" the whole operation is nothing but a front for the killing of blacks. That's in fact why it was founded...look it up.
Yes, yes, yes and no. The public can not pay attention to more than one thing. But due to your correct logic I yield to you on multiple points here.
Goly shucks. "selling parts" as you put it would be in violation of federal law. How come no charges have been presented against Planned Parenthood?
Hunting purely for trophies is pretty lame, that being said many organization that know more about animals and true conservation say that hunting has a spot in the environmental movement. I would never hunt just for a skin, head, or "trophy". Apparently the only justifiable "hunt" is the witch hunt.
No, I assure you that all of my assumptions about you, based upon your comments in this thread, were 100% confirmed.
I agree. I have done a little hunting in my time, but we ate what we killed. The animals had a chance of "fair chase". I simply do not believe in "canned hunting". I find it to be cowardly.
No doubt, if it was not fair and he was starving it would have been ok. The food part went out the window when they strapped a deer to a car. I just wonder if he had any part of it or was it done while he was not present.
