What is the difference between Medicare part A or part B? Does Medicare only cover the bare health essentials (minimum coverage) with high deductibles? I imagine that with Medicare you don't get your choice of doctors. I am just wondering why people buy supplemental insurance if they are on Medicare. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks
