I too would like to thank Ted. He has invested a lot of time and energy and done a tremendous amount of research to compile and organize this data. I'm sure all the members and lurkers will benefit greatly from his efforts.

Woke up in the Bay State, getting sleepy in the Ocean State, driving tomorrow to the Constitution State

Another word of gratitude, Ted. Thank you for the state-by-state listing of DL opportunities.

I have, at this point, only investigated a few of the states listed by Ted in his many posts. I started close to home and I don't think it's a surprise to anyone that the Massachusetts state university system has a very nice set of DL degree/cert programs. However, in comparison, both the Rhode Island and the Connecticut state university systems have DL programs that are quite anemic. This was a surprise to me and made me wonder if anyone else has noticed similar things in other state listings.
