RAM: Not even a "Dr" should escape guilt... Indeed. I find it of interest that the "doctorness" is often not known to the public, or not mentioned in press accounts. For instance, Major Hasan, the US Army guy who killed 12 people at Fort Hood a few years ago is a medical doctor, as is the #2 fiend in Al Qaeda, al-Zawahiri (a neurosurgeon, I believe). "Medical Murder" by Rob Kaplan is a recent book about doctor-murderers.
