Top 20 Steakhouses in the USA

I don't eat a lot of red meat but every now and then I like a good steak. Here's someone's list of the top 20 steakhouses in the USA. Sadly, none near me.

I've been to Oak Steakhouse and Peter Luger's. There are some really good ones in Boston and Washington DC. I'm surprised none from those two markets made the list.

 

They overlooked the grill in my backyard.

Any place that offers steaks "Pittsburgh style" is at the top of my list. But I've only found two in my entire life: one in Concord, New Hampshire and one in Jacksonville, Florida. Surely there must be more. Since it requires an 800-degree (or more) stove, I cannot do this at home, much as I'd like to.
