What about those folks that want to be considered "Southerners" as a race? see www.dixienet.org really, thats not me, but I wondered.. clint
I would say southerner. Unfortunately, Florida *born there* is considered southern by northeners and nothing by southerners. I am often told so anyway.....I wonder if I was even born in the U.S. sometimes.
I think the term white is way too insensitive. I like to think of myself as chromatically challenged. Other questions could be: What's your sign? What's your major? Checked out www.dixienet.org. Another race? Another species?
So...according to these recent polls the composite person on degreeinfo is (drum roll) White, about 35, republican, male, with an MA....I am shocked.
Actually, I'm more of a pinkish hue. My better half kept referring to me as an Anglo when we were first married. I told her that I was a WASP, but in my case it meant "Wonderfully Adorable Slavic Person."
