From the off-topic-but-really-neat department.... My friend David White wants to build a machine that can be towed to a work site and can compress dirt and debris into lego-like bricks for making buildings. It has obvious pro-environmental implications, not to mention being a part of the solution for more affordable housing. Check it out!
Sustainable construction is not something I have ever spent much time thinking about or researching, but this page (and the associated video) definitely sparked some interest. I don't know if there are similar projects already out there, but it seems like something worth funding. I will be sharing this with others! Thanks, Steve, for posting this on DI.com!
