Found out I have a subscription to Noodle Tools through my college, so decided to check it out. They offer a mini-subscription for free too. NoodleTools : MLA / APA / Chicago Bibliography Composer, Notecards, Outlining

It's an MLA/APA/Chicago citation helper program. Just tried it out today- SUPER easy, and kinda fun in a "is it period space or period space space?!!? ARGHHHH" kinda way.

Anyway, really easy if you don't already have a software program or tool that helps you do this.

Thank you. This looks like a wonderful tool. I was just wrestling with how to cite a tweet in a paper. And can I properly use an interrabang? And I've heard more than one sad story of a paper rejected--well, sent back for rewrite--because it was done to MLA-2 rules, when the publication required MLA-3.

Glad I could help! (off to google what an interrabang is...)

If anyone needs to use a interrabang it is a symbol in Word 2010 (under symbols --> wingdings 2).

Thank you! I googled it, but what I found didn't look like the right answer, but thanks to Ian, I guess it is! It's a combo of a ? and an ! in one. Huh. You learn something new every day.

One classic usage: the person coming upon his spouse embracing another: "What are you doing‽"

(It's a standard character in Mac fonts; click on "Show Character Viewer" in menu bar.)

I've seen conversations about interrobangs, but never seen one in the wild. Most people seems okay just to use a question mark and exclamation point together. Right?!

    John: You think so‽

I have not checked on how to reference a tweet but I suggest citing it by a footnote.
