    The "notorious MLA Handbook gang" is also noted.

    The APA group, which seems to dominate most campuses, must be staying under the radar; it isn't mentioned. Maybe it helps that they've suborned the mental health system, a clever tactic in this business.

    I wonder how one can join the Chicago Style gang... I'd love to be able to dance around in the street, West Side Story style. Forget the Jets and Sharks! haha
