If this is indeed the doctoral requirement (i.e., 30 hours of curse work), several DegreeInfo posters have just been awarded the UPS doctorate based on life experience. Too bad UPS doesn't also require a course in Professional Dialogue, Protocol in the Work Place or something similar.
