I had a long week and so I'm lookinng forward to sleeping late and then maybe going to beach. Yay Block Island!
Going mountain biking tomorrow with a good buddy. Gonna make about a 1500 ft climb. It hurts but I love it.
I'll be doing my Insanity work outs. After that, I'll be meeting up with an old high school buddy who is in town for the weekend.
It sounds like everyone has a great weekend planned! I, on the other hand, am getting ready to go to the dentist in an hour. I had two teeth extracted Wednesday. The injection in the corner of my mouth appeared to have hit a nerve, resulting in tremendous pain. I went for a follow up on Thursday, and was told to use ice, heat, ibuprofen, salt water rinses, blah blah. Last night, I thought I was going out of my mind. I think I developed a dry socket on top of everything, and the pain is unreal!!!:banghead:mfg: Hopefully, the dentist can help me. I have been up all night. After the dentist, my plan is to curl up in bed with a good book, and sleep the day away. Tomorrow has GOT to be better!:smile:
Kizmet, I had the opportunity to travel to Rhode Island 7 years ago, and also went to Block Island. It was one of the best trips I have ever had. Have a great time!
I know you were joking, but you hit the nail on the head. Actually, I have been surfing literally thousands of times. I live one block from a decent surf spot in CA. Not surfing as much as I used to when I was younger, but I'll never give it up.
Its a good cardio routine, very challenging. But my wife is seeing way more results than I have so far and we're 3.5 weeks into it. Keep in mind I was pretty active before I started (power lifting), and she was not active at all prior to starting Insanity.
