    It's a good example of trying to "twist" the law to proclaim innocence. Just an avoidable and tragic crime.

    This asshat is going exactly where he should be going. And it's certainly not a Stand Your Ground case either.

    The video is available online. It's disgusting. He kept shouting out things like 'I'm feeling threatened... I'm fearing for my life!' To try to set up his own defense before shooting. It was ugly.

    Still, the guy was clearly eager to shoot someone and apparently had much opportunity to flee when he "feared for [his] life."
