Hoping since we all have dealt with blackboard that someone has had this issue and can tell me what it is.

When I logged into my blackboard last night and clicked on a course link from the blackboard homepage once I get into my courses the course menu that is generally in the top left corner that is used to navigate my courses is missing. I can only view the getting started page for each of my courses.

I called tech support and they don't know what the issue is and I am waiting on a call back tomorrow. My java is updated to the latest version and I am using Firefox 11.0.

Anyone ever have this issue??? Help please!

Oh and the course menu is not hidden....it is gone...not there at all and I have no breadcrumbs etc at the top once I click on a course.

Your school doesn't offer support for this sort of thing? They'd know better than people who aren't involved, Blackboard expertise or no.
