It appears that quite a few prestigious individuals are associated with the institute, such as Dr. Richard Thorndyke (administrator), famed German psychiatrist Professor Lilloman, Dr. Philip Wentworth, and Dr. Charles Montague.
But what about third party reimbursement? True, but the adjustments provided by Nurse Diesel are nonpareil.
Certainly! There are CPT codes for Nurse Diesel's ministrations. The staff demonstrated remarkable proficiency in creative diagnostic workups. Consider the Cocker and the Werewolf.
Professional Courtesy I was thinking more along the lines of the adjustments she gave Dr. Charles Montague, which of course she did not bill out of professional courtesy.
Although I'd be reluctant to characterize her services as "adjustments," I concur that are acts of "professional courtesy." Or was it just the TV?
