People may not be aware of the fact that while in the USA we have Facebook and Myspace and any number of other social media websites, this is also true in other countries, including China. Here's a report that Kim Jung-un has been assassinated.

I for one hope he is not, he might bring radical changes to the nation down the road. Unlike the people who might replacve him.

I've read that many people's hopes that Jr. will be some sort of reformer are based on pretty tenuous evidence. If he is taken out, then he'd be replaced by what, a military junta? Who knows, maybe that would be a step up from a single megalomaniacal dictator?

I don't know if it's good or bad. The whole NK culture is kinda crazy. If you'd like to read a good novel about contemporary NK try this: The Orphan Master's Son by Adam Johnson

Okay, so call me crazy, but when I first saw this thread I thought it was titled "Is Kim Jung Il UNDEAD?" I know they do some weird things over there, but I didn't think raising zombies was one of them.
