If that happens, then will the value of paper money decrease, causing the price in gold to rise?

Yes, according to economist David Wiedemer. This guy was one of the only people predicting the huge crash in 2008 and the resulting severe depression that followed. He got it right the first time and I'm starting to believe him this time. Wiedemer says that we have not seen the worst of it and things will get really bad in the next few years. I mean REALLY bad. He also lays out strategy for protecting your investments somewhat.

You should get his book: Aftershock If you do, be sure to get the 2011 edition because it was updated this summer. It is causing me to rethink my entire plan for the next few years.

Be satisfied with what you have, but never be satisfied with what you are.
