In Open Office Writer: White font, highlighted black. Highlight, then tab or space through the areas where there is no print.

Thanks, I also found in Microsoft Word. It is under the home tab | change styles ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I really like the way that resume looks. Good choice! I wonder how it stands up to the automated word scanners recruiters use so much these days to screen online applicants? AKA Cajun from eLearners.com

The word scanners recognize the characters, not the font or shading, so the word scanner should pick everything up. -
Another way to do this is to insert a table, type text, then change font color and fill table with color. I also use this technique to quickly insert photographs into a document.
I convert resumes and other documents into PDFs before sending to a third party. -
