Hi All, Just curious how much water to drink daily to meet water loss through different physical activities? I drink 12 glass of water, 2 cups of green tea and protein shake in morning. Are they enough for me? Cheers to any advice.
That's definitely enough. Remember juices count too..doesn't have to be strictly water. I read an article recently stating that the amount of water (8-10 glasses) that we have been told to drink for the past 50 years for optimal health, isn't necessary. As long as your urine is clear, I'd say that is a good indication of having enough water in your system. Cheers!
