Good show!!!!!!!!! The sharklet material is incredible! I never knew you could put a shark in a trance by petting its nose like that. I have always dreamed of having a salt water shark pond, but I am afraid one of my dogs my fall in. Maybe I'll get a huge shark tank for the mini bat rays and small species of sharks.

These are exciting times. I have two friends that are M.D.s, and and the things going on is stem cell research are incredible. Especially in the area of heart disease and cancer. This keeps me movtivated to keep my joints healthy by doing weights (resistance), walking, martial arts, etc. I also avoid fats as much as possible. I don't care if it is real fat, or "natural" fat. Fat is fat = big belly crew heart attack risk club in men.

    Thanks for the video!!!!!!!

With frickin' lasers attached to their frickin' heads? Sharks with lazers on their heads - Austin Powers - Goldmember - YouTube

BINGO! The age of unprecedented knowledge has come with equally unprecedented ignorance. I put one of these faces on: :grumpy: whenever I hear yet another commercial saying that the reason why people are so tired these days is because they lack some obscure nutrient that can only be found by taking supplements that consist of pureed puma eyes and ground shark teeth.

The reason why people are so tired is because they eat too much, exercise too little, work too much and play too little. Fruit and grains for breakfast followed by a jog and some time playing a board game with your family will do wonders for one's longevity and quality of life!

Speaking of which, I just finished my workout for today: the Insanity Pure Cardio DVD. The Pure Cardio is a BEAST, but the whole system is incredible. When I am done, I am always drenched in sweat, feeling the pain everywhere, but strangely I feel energized instead of sapped. Have you ever done Insanity? You don't seem like the kind of guy who likes to stare at a video screen in his living room (I'm not either by the way, but it is very convenient on days when it is hard to get out), but if you ever wanted to try a workout video, I highly recommend it.

No, but I plan too. I am already pretty cut, but I want to cut up even more. I'll check out one of those videos.

    Good job!
