Hmmmm - Question about a business

So there is guy who claims to be a car dealer. Problem is, I went by, and it was an empty lot that was being worked on. No signs, nothing. Something seems off here. When my wife called he gave here business hours, which is strange because there was no open business there. There were some construction workers renovating the place, but when I asked them who hired them, I just got "No se" (I don't know).

Here is the business address listed on the autotrader:

    1st Priority Auto
    885 North E. Street
    San Bernardino, CA 92410

This guy has an exotic car for sale at a great price, but something tells me to walk away from this one.

Can someone give me a link so I can check to see if this is even a registered business?

    Thanks,

    Abner :)

XVI.8: Confucius said, "There are three things of which the superior man stand in awe. He stands in awe of the ordinances of Heaven. He stands in awe of great men. He stands in awe of the words of the sages. The mean man does not know the ordinances of Heaven, and consequently does not stand in awe of them. He is disrespectful to great men. He makes sport of the words of the sages."
