University of the Arctic is supposedly a consortium of "high latitude" institutions. So it's amusing that its membership list includes Hunter College in Manhattan (roughly the same latitude as Barcelona and Rome).
It is likely that some of the courses for the BCS will be available to students of participating institutions before the end of 2002. Darren L.
