I've read from several sources in the past few days that the greatest impact from the raid of his complex has been the seizure of hoards of information from electronic devices. The article above tells part of the story. Apparently, bin Laden was still an active organizer of plots and still in contact with significant parts of the organization, despite what has been believed over the past few years.

It may be too soon to draw a concrete conclusion based upon what has been dug up, and the little information that has been made available to the public, but it very well may be that Osama really was a snake's head instead of a star fish limb. It may also be that the intel gained from analyzing cell phones and hard drives can lead to even more successful raids against other Al Quaeda leaders and the prevention of more planned attacks.

This could be some very good news.

    It's a treasure trove.
