That is what I did, one or two classes per semester for eight years in order to complete my associates degree. I was working full time and getting deployed to the middle east off and on so taking one class a semester or two easy courses per semester was all I could manage.

It wasn't until I got out of the military that I could begin taking a full time course load and take advantage of the GI Bill. :rambo:

Hm. I guess it isn't so bad that I'll get my degree about 9 years after I got my first few credits. Even better that I'll get it at about 2 years since I joined DegreeInfo. :D

Good for her!!!!!!!!!!! In the end, she got it done which is what matters. I know about very long, exhausting educational twists and turns, so I must tip my hat to her.

    Well done,

    Abner :)

I have always believed when a person wants to work for a degree, time is of no consequence as that degree will eventually become reality because they breathe sheer force determination.

Really good and heart touching story. I really proud of her confidence and goal. Our goal is most important than anything.
