So I do not consider myself a technical guy nor do I shy away from technology (obviously or else I wouldn't be part of DegreeInfo). However, my wife just purchased something called an iPhone 4 from Verizon Wireless . . .

I have always had just a no frills cell phone and although I have friends and family who have the iPhone already, I've never had the time to play with one and really check it out. So as I'm all excited and video chating with my little brother (Who got the iPhone about 3 years ago) and he looks at me laughing and says "Welcome to last week."

Are there technological marvels you folks have been exposed too that you thought were game changers? And as always:

    WELCOME TO LAST WEEK !!

I still refuse to get one.... A phone is just a phone for me... Could be changing my mind though as I enter the workforce in the coming years though. I don't eve have a GPS...gasp!

I used to think like that, but I got an iPhone last year. I couldn't be happier with it.

Last week I would have agreed with you, but I'm starting to understand why people who have had the iPhone say they could never go back and use a regular cell phone.

I guess I'm trying to stay current and keep an open mind. I don't want to miss an awesome opportunity or something that could make life easier on account of being stubborn. (Just ask all the people who initially said the internet would never take off)

Speaking of the internet, I have a Marine buddy who is in the process of filing his LLC and starting his own business. Does anyone know of any business software they would recommend he look into that could help him during his start-up?
