So I'm trying out on the Jeopardy online test tonight. Anyone else doing it? Tonight is for us folks in the Eastern time zone. Wish me luck, haha!

I'm seriously hanging my head in shame after that test. THOSE questions are not the same kinds that are actually on the show. Holy shiznit! Good luck if anyone else is taking it.

So you just basically proved that your head is not stuffed with useless trivia. More of your brain cells are dedicated to information that is actually useful and to imparting it to students in a way that will better their lives. Yeah, you should really be ashamed.

Oh no.. our heads are filled with useless trivia as well, the problem is recalling the information when you want it!! :)

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole Jeopardy tryout process, and being on the show (1987). And I was totally prepared to lose gracefully going up against all those super trivia buffs . . . but I was not at all prepared for what did happen, and I think about it almost every day of my life. ("Let it go, Bear," I hear you calling...)

A guy in my National Guard unit was on The Price is Right....he was one of the first ones called out of the audience, but didn't make it out of contestant's row until the very end, and then totally tanked. He didn't live that one down for months.

I was once a phone shoutout contact for a friend who was on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. I think I had literature and history covered. It was nerve wracking sitting around the house waiting for a call. Fortunately my services were not needed.

John: Hey, it has been 24 years for me, and truly, I have Jeopardy nightmares every few months. I contrived to be white water rafting in Alaska the day that program was shown, so there was no possibility I could see it . . . but I think everyone I ever knew or ever will know 'happened' to see it.

Maniac Craniac, on a never ending search to find a video of that episode of Jeopardy. Would you happen to remember the date that it aired?
