I have to tell you that when I was in high school I (and other members of the track/soccer teams) was a member of a silly club that we called "The Horizontal Club." The alleged purpose of the club was to promote a basic philosophy . . . 1. Never walk when you can ride 2. Never stand when you can sit 3.
