Your internet is to slow...lol. I really don't know, but when I had this problem with Hulu I upgraded my internet and it stoppped. How many other people are using the net when you are?
I suspect that the advertising on youtube has been causing malfunction because I know my Internet is fast enough and my computer is modern and functional. If I watch a streaming video that does not have ads like youtube and hulu I never have issues.
