U of P student files complaint because it was too hard. I have said this before, people think that online=easy. When they find out it's not true they drop out and rip on online programs.

The UoP counselor seemed to be saying (in comments) that it should not have been taking as long as she claimed to meet requirements (eg amount of posting to be done). I can see her complaint about the online instructors not teaching enough under the guise of learning from fellow students (heard those before) and I can see the complaint about the sales tactics (think they have been in trouble for that before).

However, U of P is an accredited program. My question is what she thought would be required? U of P does not have a reputation as far as I know for being particularly difficult or time consuming. I am therefore wondering if she was even prepared for university level education. Did she want high school level training with a knowledgeable instructor and a few book reports and tests. I am not a fan of U of P but good grief!
