University of Wyoming, it seems as some sort of marketing ploy, is raffling off sets of graduate courses for free (tickets $1 each go to humanitarian aid in developing countries). Each winner gets to take 4 classes, at no charge, with exceptional performers in these classes to be considered for enrollment. Considering their already, incredibly low, tuition rates, this could be a great prize to try for. More info in this video from VEVO.
Is the University of Wyoming offering these courses in Eastern countries like India as well? Actually my friends want to do this but they are living there in India.......
