This isn't distance learning, but I wanted to post it since it might help someone out! Ashford University's home campus is located in my area (Clinton, Iowa) and they also have an online program. Ashford is RA. For ANYONE who is willing to attend the campus, they are awarding full ride scholarships to anyone with a GPA of 3.5 or higher! For new high school grads, this is your high school GPA, for people with college credit, this is your college credit only. NOTE: this is for undergrad only, and traditional only- but free is free! So, if you'd like to come to the Quad Cities, look me up and we can have coffee!

I forgot to add, those who qualify for the full ride (3.75 or higher) can apply for a full ride "room and board" as well, so it's certainly worth checking out!

I have a pdf that for some reason I can't upload. Email me if you want it. [email protected]

Wow. Do you know for sure if it's 3.5 or 3.75 because I have a 3.70 (I think).
This is a great post. I wonder if I could talk my wife into moving to IOWA for free everything.... now I need to double-check my GPA!

Sorry, it is 100% for sure 3.5 or higher. Here is some copy and paste from the ad:

    You are eligible for this
    scholarship if you are
    admitted and have a
    cumulative grade point
    average of 3.50 or above.*
    This scholarship will cover
    100% tuition per academic
    year (currently $15,720)
    at Ashford University!
Your high GPA is the only
    qualification for this award!

    Room & Board Scholarship
Recipients of the President’s Scholarship may also apply for
the Room & Board Scholarship by completing a separate
President’s Scholarship Room and Board Application. Room and board at
Ashford University is a $6,000 value.

Let me ad, that Clinton is a small town. There is very little industry there, however, it is only 30 miles from everything (the Quad Cities). Cost of living is super super cheap there. You could rent a 2 bedroom for about $400 per month or even buy a small farm house for under $100K
