Hello, I have a little project in mind. What soumds better: "Quips from the Quill" or "Quill Quips" Thanks! Steven
"Quips from the Quill" flows better on the tongue . . . but it is reminiscent of the well-known** column by Jim Quilleran, "Straight from the Quill." ______________ **Fictionally well-known, that is, featured in the dozen or more Lillian Braun cat mysteries (our current favorites for driving-around audio books).
Well, there are merits for either expression. It would be easier to determine which is superior choice if we knew what the project was about. Just a thought.
Thanks for asking... I am considering launching a 'net biz and the prospective title would be for writing articles about various subjects. Kindly,
I second the the vote for "Quillips." Catchy, unusual and will likely make people curious what Quillips means and thus visit your site, which is what you want -- getting them to the site is your primary goal. Once they're hooked if the subjects are of interest they'll stay, read, perhaps click to link ads. My next choice is "Quips from the Quill." (I was a long time I.T./I.S. Director, including managing web site techs & administrators.)
