Boy thank god for the internet. I needed two new very expensive tires for my car. I did an internet search, and found two practically new Continental (from Germany) tires on Craig's list for $45.00 (for both)! I had them mounted for $17.00 each, and my ride drives like new! I checked the tires from every angle, the insides had no evidence of patching. The tread was probably in the 95% to 99% range! Did I have to buy used tires? No! But I love a good bargain, and I can use the money I saved for other stuff. I guess being a Degreeinfo member for so long has trained me to be a damn good bargain shopper! see ya, Abner
