How much do college professors make ?

    I am looking to try to get a job as a professor in a tech school or Jr College while I work on my PhD. Does anyone know how much a Prof. at that level makes. And does anyone know what I would be making down the line .

    I am in psych .

    If you are working while in a PhD program, you will probably not be given full-time. Adjunct salaries are pretty low - around $300 per credit in my area. Are you doing a B&M PhD? Have you looked at assitantships?
