I don't see a way to do it but hey, that's just me ...... my "posting rules" claim I may edit my own posts.

After you have made a post, re-visit said post within the ten-minute edit period and you will find an edit button in the bottom right corner of your post, just to the left of the quote button. After ten minutes, you can no longer edit your own post (unless you're one of the mods, in which case you would have an indefinite time period in which to edit your own or anyone else's posts).

    Thank you Ted!

U DA MAN!! Really, tho, you're so nice and helpful. I didn't realize there is a ten minute rule. Now I know. Thanks again.

I really must do some actual studying. Spending way too much time here but it's so fun!

One of the ways that we've tried to cut down on the spam that was getting onto the board was to set it up so that new members have to have their posts approved by a Moderator before it will show up in a thread (or as a thread). Sometimes it may take a few hours before a Moderator can get around to it. This may account for why some people's posts don't show up immediately. If the post never shows up or if you're concerned about any other issues you can always contact us directly. We all get Personal Messages all the time. Sometimes people write just to say "Hi," sometimes with specific questions about distance learning programs, issues related to the board or just other stuff like the Red Sox. It's all good.

    Thanks Kizmet

And .... Hi! My two posts were very minor, no big deal. Thank you for your time here as moderator. Even if most folks don't say so, I'm sure we all appreciate it.
