DL Courses available for the incarcerated as well as regular people

Good Morning, I am still working on finding cheap psych courses. I found one listed in the ACE list available from the Del Dept of Ed. This is only available to people that are incarcerated. I received a timely reply on this but am not happy with the answer. Has anyone found courses that are available to everyone that fall under the corrections umbrella. Many thanks. Hille
