I am starting to conduct some research on communication styles and effective business communication as part of my PhD studies. I have been able to find a few articles in Harvard Business Review but hit a wall. I found many articles and books on the employee/customer interaction but I need more on the employee/manager communication. Any suggestions for books, magazines, or articles?
